Okay, I admit I am a Star Wars fan. It was one of the first movies I had ever seen in a theater—I was hooked by the classic good vs. evil from the beginning. At first, I thought this was a new toy on the market, but then I realized it really was a cake! Amazing work by Mark Randazzo, of Mark Joseph Cakes, and featured on B-Side Blog, it was fascinating to see all the steps in the process. I just hope the four-year old, Tres, can appreciate what went into his birthday cake, though I did wonder if R2-D2 was just another robot to him…do four-year olds watch these movies? Either way, it was worthy of a feature. Enjoy—and may the force be with you! (Sorry, couldn’t help myself.)
