Real Food Economics 101: Not Stressing a “Not 100% Real Food Diet” by Mrs Dull’s Nourished Kitchen is a source of encouragement for those trying to eat right, yet frustrated with their progress or set backs.

Pear and Blue Cheese Salad by Frugal Cooking Corner made me thankful I planted lettuce in the garden this year. I love simple, elegant salads like this, especially when the heat of summer begs for cooler meals.
