Welcome to the Hearth and Soul Hop for March 12, 2013—the food carnival for and about food that not only nourishes our bodies, but our souls!
Our highlights from last week came together quickly as I recognized they can all be made for the same meal and they all sound delicious. Sometimes things just fall into place like pieces of a puzzle and the dinner menu is set! Okay, you might want to throw in a vegetable side dish, but otherwise, this combo sounds pretty perfect to me.

As if the taste alone wasn’t enough, this week I shared 13 reasons to eat more butter… plus a post on how to bake with healthy fats, including – you guessed it – butter!

Hi Tiffany! Ah, butter … creamy, dreamy, everything’s better with butter — truly savor-worthy! Thanks for linking up with us.
I’m with Tiffany. 13 reasons to eat butter may be my favorite post of all time — and Paula Deen had nothing to do with it. Another great hop, Judy.
