Our highlights from last week came together quickly as I recognized they can all be made for the same meal and they all sound delicious. Sometimes things just fall into place like pieces of a puzzle and the dinner menu is set! Okay, you might want to throw in a vegetable side dish, but otherwise, this combo sounds pretty perfect to me.
