Our youngest daughter moves into her college dorm on the day of our 25th wedding anniversary. My, how time flies. I promised my husband right after we get her settled and I cry my eyes out, I’ll enjoy the rest of the weekend. It truly is a bittersweet time—we adore our kids, but we are also looking forward to our season of empty nesting.

So in honor of our kids, the highlights from last week are all about the recipes they would want me to make.
