I can tell you from personal experience it is difficult to savor anything when dealing with discomfort or pain in my stomach. My first introduction to the importance of intestinal health was when I read The Maker’s Diet by Jordan Rubin years ago. His book made a lasting impression on us and how we maintain overall health, especially our digestive health.

Because we are keenly aware of the benefits of a healthy digestive system, it didn’t take long for us to figure out the cause of our daughter’s headaches, fatigue, and feeling “over full” even after eating only a small amount, was potentially stemming from gluten intolerance.     Reading through that extensive list, I’m quite sure there wouldn’t be anyone not suffering from at least one of the issues raised. I hope your daughter’s issues have been sorted by cutting out gluten. This sounds like a valuable and informative course xx

      Very true, I’m sure anyone one of us may deal with one of the symptoms on the list on occasion. I think too often, people live with these things, which become chronic that really need help. Our daughter does quite well when she avoids gluten … it’s getting her to be consistent that is the challenge. Thanks Charlie, for stopping by. :)
