Discover the health benefits and ease of baking with sprouted whole grain in this 2-hour class for beginners and seasoned bakers alike. Experience the hands-on difference and subtle taste of sprouted grains while preparing Sprouted Wheat Burger Buns for sandwiches and party sliders, as well as Rosemary & Garlic Sprouted Wheat Focaccia. Instruction will include the steps of sprouting and grinding whole grain, as well as sources for purchasing sprouted whole grain flour. You’ll enjoy sampling bread fresh from the oven and take some home to share with your family too!
