    We do not like bannanas is there any way we could omit them in the chocolata almond bars?

      Although bananas help give the popsicle a fudge-like texture and provide the bulk, I think you could substitute another fruit that you prefer, maybe mango? The other option would be to use a less ripe banana (less banana flavor, but still has the bulk) and use peanut butter instead of almond butter, so any flavor of the banana is masked.
