We are expecting snow again tomorrow, then slip into more spring like weather by the end of the week, which is why these dishes caught my eye. Lightly prepared fish, savory peppers, and refreshing lemon sherbet—oh yes, one of each please. Okay, two of the lemon sherbet. As you can tell by my logo, I kind of have a thing for lemons. 🙂
