After two and a half weeks away from blogging, the song Back in the Saddle Again by Gene Autry is playing in my head (I’ll blame this one on my dad). I wish I could tell you I was lounging on a beach somewhere tropical, instead we tackled a home improvement project—the utility room. Nothing to crow about, but a satisfying finish to a complete home remodel which began ten years ago this Thanksgiving. Whew, a lot of water under the bridge since then … finishing is GOOD!
Well, it is indeed good to be back, but since I’m not quite running at full stride, I have just one highlight from last week:
Filled Pâte à Choux Swans with Cream Cheese Chantilly by Swathi of Zesty south Indian Kitchen, one of our Hearth & Soul co-hosts. These swans are impressive!
