Mix the filling until smooth. Spread one can of refrigerated dough in a sprayed 8x8 baking dish. Spread the filling on top of the dough. Top with the second can of dough. Beat the egg white and brush the top of the dough.
Mix the topping and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 375° degrees until the dough browns, approximately 15-20 minutes. Allow to sit after removing from the oven until the cheese filling has had a chance to "set", but not so long that it's cold. It's best warm.
