Valentines Day Grilled Steak & Shrimp Scampi
Savory grilled steak tenderloin topped with shrimp in a buttery, garlic-infused scampi sauce. Cooks in under 30 minutes for an easy & special dinner at home.
Grilled Steak & Shrimp Scampi

2 (5 oz) beef tenderloin steaks - salt + pepper - 1/2 lb jumbo shrimp - garlic + butter - white wine + lemon - parsley + basil
Prep + Grill Steak
Generously season both sides of the steaks with sea salt & pepper. Allow to sit at room temperature for 40 minutes. Grill to desired temperature on charcoal or gas grill. Let rest.
In a medium skillet, sauté green onion & olive oil. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add wine & lemon juice, reduce slightly. Add butter & sear shrimp. Finish with generous dusting of parsley & basil.
Serve & Enjoy
Place grilled steaks on each plate & stack shrimp on top, make sure to spoon plenty of the delicious garlicky, herbaceous scampi sauce over it all. Serve with a fresh green salad & enjoy.
